Stressz mindenkit ér a mindennapokban, ez teljesen normális dolog. Sőt, hasznos is, na persze csak egy bizonyos pontig. De mit lehet tenni, ha úgy érzed, túl sok volt belőle? Összegyűjtöttem pár szuper és egyszerű tippet.

1. Olvasás

Ha csak 6 percig olvasol egyfolytában, máris elmerülsz egy másik világban, ez nagyon sokat tud segíteni. Főleg, ha ezt minden nap teszed 🙂

2. Egy nap, ami csak az örömről szól

Vegyél ki egy szabadnapot, vagy tegyél szabaddá egy hétvégi napot, és egész nap foglalkozz olyan dolgokkal, ami számodra örömet okoz. Lehet ez bármi, lényeg, hogy csupa olyasmit csinálj, ami téged feltölt. Éld át úgy, mintha a szülinapod lenne 🙂 Szóljon rólad ez a nap!

3. Meditáció

Erről nem is írok bővebben, mind tudjátok, hogy számtalan kutatás mutatta ki, mennyire hasznos dolog. Ha még nem próbáltad, itt az ideje! Vannak irányított meditációk is a neten, biztosan találsz egy neked tetszőt, ha keresel.

4. Sport

Akár szeretjük, akár nem, tény, hogy stresszoldó hatása van. Ha még nem találtad meg a hozzád illő verziót, keress tovább, ne add fel, mert nagyon fontos. (Lustáknak javaslat: következő pont.)

5. Céltalan séta

Imádom ezt a technikát! Ráadásul kevésbé sportosaknak is nagyon ajánlom. Indulj el sétálni bárhol, de úgy, hogy ne valahová akarj eljutni, csak céltalanul menj, amerre visz a lábad. Közben figyeld meg az épületeket, a környezetet olyan szemmel, mintha először járnál a környéken. Érdekes tapasztalás: tuti, hogy fogsz új dolgokat felfedezni még egy megszokott útvonalon is, ha figyelsz!

6. Kerüld a panaszkodókat

Na ez az egyik kedvencem 🙂 Nagyon-nagyon hasznos. Persze én mindig is imádtam írni, de ha te esetleg nem, akkor is próbáld ki. Remekül segít rendszerezni a gondolatokat, érzéseket.

8. Rajzolj vagy színezz

Ha esetleg az írás nem neked való, akkor rajzolj. Bármit. Akármit. Ha nem tudsz rajzolni, színezz. Egyre népszerűbbek mostanában a felnőtt színezők, nem véletlenül. Hihetetlenül kikapcsol és stresszoldó hatású.

9. Táncolj

Bulizáskor is sok stressztől szabadulhatunk meg 🙂 De otthon is csinálhatod: hangerő fel, és mehet 🙂

10. Irány a természet

Ez is nagy kedvencem! Hihetetlenül feltölt, ha kimenekülünk a városból és a természetben töltünk időt. (Persze én vidéki lány vagyok, nekem mindig is sokat jelentett az erdő, mező, víz). Még csak az sem kell, hogy nagy túrákba vágj bele: városon belül is vannak parkok, erdő. Menj ki és tölts el ott egy kis időt (remélem, a meleg is megérkezik lassan hozzá…). Miért olyan jó ez? Mert a városi környezet hatásai lemerítik az idegrendszert (mivel az irányított figyelem kerül előtérbe, s ez sokkal jobban leszívja a figyelmi kapacitást). Viszont  a természetben spontán figyelemmel szemlélődünk, ami könnyedén, szabadon, erőfeszítés nélkül történik, és ez pozitív hatású.

11. Fürdő

Forró fürdő otthon – ezt már tuti próbáltátok 🙂 Ez is nagyon jó stresszoldó.

12. Zene

Végül egy nagy klasszikus – a zene. Én a meditációs zenéket/természethangokat szeretem, de van, amikor komolyzene vagy valami pörgős kell, hogy kiadjam a feszültséget. Bármi lehet, csak hallgasd 🙂 És ha már a zenénél tartunk: a hangos éneklés is remek stresszoldó 🙂 Bátortalanabbaknak otthon/kocsiban javaslom, bátrabbak pedig: irány egy karaoke bár!
