Rossz napjai mindenkinek vannak. Ez tény. Van, akinek gyakrabban, van, akinek ritkábban. Nincs is ezzel baj önmagában. Néha nehéz kikeveredni a rossz hangulatból, ezért összegyűjtöttem nektek 12 pozitív gondolatot, megerősítést, amit mondogathatsz magadnak ezeken a napokon. Szerintem segít 🙂 Válaszd ki azokat, amiket a tiédnek érzel, és mondogasd magadnak gyakran!

Külön figyelmetekbe ajánlom a 8. pontot: azt tapasztalom az üléseim során, hogy ezzel mindenkinek van problémája: nem hisszük el, hogy elég jók vagyunk. Pedig igenis azok vagytok! Kezdetnek saját magatokat győzzétek meg erről 🙂 Higgyétek el, utána más is így fogja látni.

A személyes kedvencem pedig a 12. pont: amikor először olvastam még nagyon rég, megdöbbentem. Mert korábban, ha jó dolgok értek, bűntudatom volt: hogy érdemelhetem meg, mikor másnak nem jut ebből? Hányan élnek rosszabbul, mint én? Aztán rájöttem, hogy ha nem tudom teljes szívvel elfogadni a jót, akkor ezzel megakadályozom, hogy jelen legyen az életemben… Ez a mondat nekem ki is van írva jól látható helyen otthon, és ezt javaslom nektek is.
