Mindig van jobb, mindig van felfelé. Jó is, ha célokat tűzünk ki, és ezeket apránként elérjük. De mindemellett nagyon fontos, hogy azzal is elégedettek legyünk, ami van. Hiszen akár hiszed, akár nem, máris nagyon sok dolog van az életedben, aminek örülhetnél. Nézzük, mit tehetsz, hogy elégedettebb legyél!

Vedd le a fókuszt a hiányokról és tedd át a meglévő jó dolgokra! 

Ha egyfolytában azon rugózol, hogy mi nincs meg az életedben, észre sem veszed azt, ami már megvan. Márpedig fontos, hogy ennek is a tudatában légy. Rendben, lehet, hogy nincs még mondjuk kertes házad, vagy óriási karriered, de van egy lakásod, és egy munkahelyed, ahol értékelnek (ha nem, az egy másik tészta :-)). Hidd el, sokkal elégedettebb leszel, ha néha összeírod, tudatosítod, mi mindened van már.

 

 

Használj pozitív kérést

Ahelyett, hogy azt mondod a párodnak, hogy “Soha nem pakolsz el”, mondhatod azt is, hogy “Nagyon fáradt vagyok ma, megtennéd, hogy ma elrakod a…”

Egész máshogy hangzik, nem? Hidd el, az eredmény is egész más lesz 🙂

Ne hibáztass másokat

Másokat hibáztatni könnyű. Így nem kell vállalni a felelősséget a saját életünkért. Hiszen mi csak szegény áldozatok vagyunk… Hát nem igaz. Igenis te vagy a felelős az életedért. Akkor is, ha valami nem tetszik benne. Te tudsz ezen változtatni! Az első lépés, hogy ezt felismered… Hagyd abba a másra mutogatást. Azt nézd meg, mi nem jó az életedben, és TE mit tehetnél, hogy ezen változtass! Ne várj arra, hogy más megoldja, más megváltozik, vagy csoda történik… Te irányítasz! Ez jó dolog 🙂

Rendszeres mozgás

Igen, igen, mindenhol ezt olvassuk. De igaz. Egyszerűen muszáj. Ha nem vagy egy sportos alkat, akkor sétálj! Napi 15 percet legalább, annyid biztosan van. Hazafelé, vagy munkába menet. Számít. 15 perc is számít. Sokkal több, mint a nulla.

Szeresd magad

Mindennek az alapja 🙂 Igen, lehetnél szebb, vékonyabb, okosabb, bármi. De te így vagy te! Így vagy egyedi. El tudod fogadni saját magad? Mindaddig, amíg nem, mások sem fogják… Kezdd te!

Légy kedves másokhoz

Segíteni másoknak jó érzéssel tölti el az embert. Adakozz, keress egy jó ügyet, ami mellé oda tudsz állni, vagy add át a helyed a buszon. Dicsérj másokat (persze csak őszintén!): barátokat, kollégákat. A dicséret olyan, mint a bumeráng, visszatalál majd hozzád, és ráadásul feldobod egy másik ember napját.

Képzeld el a világot, amiben élni szeretnél

Na nem kell nagy dologra gondolni (világbéke vagy hasonlók), csak képzeld el azt az életet, amit szeretnél élni. Részletesen. Hangokkal, illatokkal, érzésekkel. Mintha már azt élnéd. Képzeld el minél gyakrabban, éld át gondolatban. Ez olyan, mint egy parancs az agyadnak: olyan lehetőségek fognak megtalálni, amik segítenek ezt elérni. Tényleg működik 🙂
