Olvasni nagyon jó dolog! Már gyerekkoromban is imádtam, és a mai napig az egyik kedvenc tevékenységem (bár voltak időszakok, mikor keveset olvastam). Én főként szépirodalmat, pszichológiai témájú és önfejlesztő könyveket olvasok, illetve életrajzokat, meg néha szórakoztató, könnyed regényeket. De gyakorlatilag nem számít, mit olvasol, mert bármi is az, nagyon jó hatással lesz rád.  Érdemes néha a sorozatokat és a közösségi médiát könyvre cserélni. Sorolom, hogy miért (a teljesség igénye nélkül):

  4. Bővíti a szókincsedet.
  5. Fejleszti a memóriádat és az íráskészségedet.
